Prototypes and practical parts
Explore the shape of a product, make a workshop fixture or create a custom object. A printed prototype can help you check dimensions and fit before committing to a larger production run. Tell us what the part needs to do, as well as how it should look.
Send your model or describe the idea
If you have a 3D model, include it with your enquiry and specify the units and finished dimensions. Explain which surfaces or dimensions matter most. If you do not have a model yet, a sketch and measurements help us discuss what design work is needed.
Material, strength and finish
Material and print setup depend on the intended use. Include any expected heat, load, outdoor exposure or repeated movement in your brief. We will discuss suitability and finish rather than assume that every print process fits every job.
What will the surface look like?
Our filament printing builds an object in layers, so visible layer lines can be part of the finished appearance. Orientation and geometry affect the surface and any support marks. If appearance or close-fitting parts are priorities, flag them before we quote.
Quoting and UK delivery
Size, material, geometry, quantity and any preparation or finishing affect the quote. We confirm the agreed specification and lead time before printing. We are based in Hull, HU8 0LZ, and ship completed orders across the UK.
